Role play blogs aren’t just about cliques and it shouldn’t be about who you’ve known the longest either. Well it should be but also- there are a lot of shy cinnamon rolls out there waiting for you. But they don’t know that you can vibe with them right off the bat if they’d only send in a meme or a starter or something!
So reblog if you’re the type of blog that is open to NEW friendships even if you are already connected to old ones. New friendships mean new experiences and more people to talk about your muse’s together. This is a clique free blog despite the people who love sending me in asks and there’s much love for them but I’ve also got love waiting for you if only you’d send that one message.
( after taking a free lesson in Russian I've determined that Rasputin isn't mad at us, he just sounds that way )
I want Bungie to acknowledge the meme/reality that Russians do and make absurd shit and have Rasputin give us a weapon that can change between weapon types or change between being primary/secondary/heavy and overall be a complicated and overpowered piece of equipment and I want Ghost to question it and Rasputin in his own way be like "I don't see the issue here" and then call the Guardian ungrateful

me: how much stuff w the Warmind symbol can I shove onto my character at one time.......
eris: Rasputin has remained silent- my bff, under her breath: thank god
@thelastwarmind liked for a starter.
~Rasputin. We know you can hear us.~
The corpse of a Splicer jittered unnaturally before the sealed doors of the Seraphim Vault. It’s body animated through a perversion of golden age technology forcing it’s muscles to continue to operate, puppeting it like a doll.
~Our replication facility has been destroyed. The second attack in as many centuries. You left us to die warmind and you will answer for this offense.~
It was from a safe distance did Rasputin observe the reintroduction to SIVA. Despite his efforts made to take full control of Charlemagne's Vault, he had met a multitude of barricades that ranged from scavenged tech to newfound enemies. It was only a matter of time before someone got ahold of something they would fail to harness.
It was his own regret, his disgust even, that plagued him when SIVA was rediscovered.
The Guardians struggled to put an end to the replication process, going so far as to destroy the bunker that the Warmind once controlled before he realized the internal spread of the nanomites and disconnected completely. His silence during what would otherwise demand his attention, given his role, irritated them, but they only pushed for long before they took his usual silence with begrudging acceptance. However, unlike previous attempted encounters, Rasputin has his reasons to avoid the conflict.
Unfortunately, they had found him.
Teeth would snap and a growl would issue from deep in his throat if the Warmind had the ability to do so. He had noted SIVA before their approach, but they were already in close proximity to vitals he could not risk damaging through his usual means of detering unwanted guest. Not to mention what little that would do to cause them harm on a collective scale.
However, if it came to it, repairs could be made at a later date.
"Do not bare your fangs at me. I feel no remorse for your loss nor will I. As a disease, you are at the heart of a purge and, if I must, I will participate."
I have suffered far worse than this and lived.
“Stop fighting.”
~We were made to build a better future and we will continue to do just that.~
@the-siva-plague / @thelastwarmind
((Was missing to draw them honestly x)
Welp, just a thing tossed in with my Human!Versions of them :3
Just a self note about my view on them, I like to think that somehow they are, or were, in a sort of symbiosis, or something like that, an inseparable equation!
I bet he was able to “save” SIVA from that desperate detonation in the Core by the Iron Lords, it couldn’t have been possible their survival from an explosion like that in my opinion… Even when the Guardians came back for destroying them once and for all, their Logo switched blue when the Ghost tried to fit in the codes for the self-destruction. Rasputin tried to save them again by refusing to activate those codes? His logo then flashed with theirs on the screen when the Ghost lastly forced it.
Smol little rebel tho-))

Lavender and Rhododendron >:c
What would your muse put into a flower crown for mine?
Lavender: DistrustRhododendron: Beware
The Warmind would not even give the crown a brief glance, regardless of what it symbolized, but in knowledge of its composition he knew the feeling was entirely mutual. Optics would sternly meet weathered eyes and surely both would stare the other to a drawn out standstill if Rasputin did not acknowledge he had something far better to do and turned his back to the Guardian, walking away without a second glance.

cnemind:
A hint at surprise, then confusion follows the Warmind’s words. The Warden shifts again and has to contain any outbreak of emotion beyond such a thing, instead shifting his attention over to the being speaking rather than the words, at least temporarily. There is a dull hum that resonates from the construct’s chest before he begins to speak again.
“I do not believe we speak of the same Guardians, Human Ancilla. What you might call a Guardian is, I am sure, nothing like what I am speaking of.” He begins to turn away from Rasputin’s frame, eyes continuing to wander.
“The planet itself is not lesser, just those who inhabit it. A great many things are unknown to Humanity about itself. There is a history that precedes all living Humans, as the first were all killed.” The Warden’s head cants slightly, as if listening to his own voice bounce off the ground and echo around them.
“This second generation- just as violent as the first. Just as childish and headstrong, nothing has changed.”
┠☼┨
There were mixed feelings attached to what the being spoke. Overall, it did not sit well with the Warmind and he found himself with an itch he knew would only be satisfied with its departure, whether or not he was involved. Its presence quickly became foreboding and it scrambled Rasputin to actively think of another pressing force for him to concern himself about, especially when he was still entirely in the dark on what it was capable of doing.
However, given the reality of time and the sheer magnitude of it, the Warmind had an inkling that perhaps it was not his problem.
“I am coming to the conclusion that we are beyond our territories,” Rasputin said. “You far more than myself. Despite the few similarities, the extinction events in which we speak do not correspond entirely with one another.”
westwar:
@thelastwarmind and the bitter beginning
walter’s head canted at the exo, silence and all. he started to wonder if the vessel even heard him the first time, or if a warsat was well on it’s way to crushing him without prejudice. when they finally spoke, however, it was partially amusing to him. it was one thing to choose not to engage in the easily engaging use of facial expressions as a form of communication, but it was a whole different thing to know that they COULDN’T use them, even if they chose to. ❝ so you’re saying … your face … is stuck like that. ❞ walter said half amused by the fact that a warmind—-greatest mind of all time—- couldn’t control the facial expression of an exo. ❝ what is that, is that uh … user error? or is it just broken? ❞
┠☼┨
Rasputin eyed the Guardian for a stretch, digesting their words with some rare confusion.
“These frames have limited facial control, if any depending on the model,” the Warmind replied. “If I was among their ranks I would consider such an inquiry an insult.” Whether or not it was already one was not an active interest of the Warmind. He did not care to keep in touch with the social circles of the City nor their beliefs, concerns, or views. What he picked up along the way was all he had on hand, but that did not mean he cared.
“Regardless, whether or not this frame is capable has not been a subject worth developing into a project. I have been told it is fitting.” White optics narrowed just slightly.
“Much to their regret.”

born-to-serve-the-light:
Sammy scoffed, screwing on the paint lid with a shake of her head. “Wow. Прогулка перед запуском, старика.”
A petty insult, to be sure, but Cronus still feels the words dig into his abdomen like a hungry animal. Hungry for his anger. He was a proud man, it was a fault of his, and he could see himself falling for the bait as he spoke.
He’d lived for over one thousand years, built relationships and lost them, through death and hardship, combat and peacetime. He’d fought for what he now had, and he wouldn’t be discredited by some cretinous Collapse-Era AI.
“Wouldn’t I, Rasputin? I’ve a Legion who would fight and die by my side without my asking. The fear of those who oppose me, the love of those I claim as my family. And what do you have? Nothing and no one. You’re an outdated technology, alone in the dark.”
┠☼┨
There was something to be said about getting under the skin. As informal as it was, it still managed to prove an effective counter when the typical means of assertion were not available. Granted, the Warmind was fully capable of erasing the Guardians or, if he was feeling particularly malicious, scatter their remains, but he stayed his hand. There were the few hand picked over the course of the last couple centuries that he knew he was better with than without. Some were more troublesome than others, but, regardless, the potential was not to be so easily wasted.
Cronus happened to be one of them, despite Rasputin finding it to be an unwelcomed reminder at the time. There would be a bitter laugh if the Warmind was able.
“I fight alone, but I am not left in such a desired state.”
“I would not know what it is like to have a world revolve around myself, for I live in one, but given your statement it is something I would surely relish.”
“How dense I must be to assume that the sharp increase in breaches was not in relation to the technology within my Vault. How ignorant indeed.”
me @ my muse: that was a decent burn but u can stop gloating now
