I feel not only the fanbase but himaruya esp has slept on the potentional with these two - like even if u don't ship it, the turmoil these two'd bring arthur and the world?? it's sooo good (i also rly like the idea of arthur not liking alfred getting too close to oz not only because of the chaos which'd unfold, but also because some resentment still lingering from when alfred left and therefor feels like alfred is stealing oz away)

I also rly like the idea of alfred being obsessed with oz (as kinda on point with how americans seem to generally view australia) and oz being kinda oblivious but also damn that man is kinda hot (he loves his tummies)
