What am I doing here

I like many others is in debt. In debt up to my eyeballs. It isn’t as terrible as it used to be, but it still a lot. So how much debt am I in? It is higher than the national average, not by much so there is some hope for me. However, that still does not explain what I am doing here. So let me explain. So what am I. well I am a white male over the age of 35. I have never questioned my sexuality, never thought much about race, woman’s rights, and I do not always agree with republicans, democrats, elected officials, and the POTUS no matter who is in office. .

I’ve served my country but do not flaunt it, I have a daughter and do not flaunt her. I do have an education and finished college.

I hate my job.

I do not get my politics from, Facebook, Instagram, twitter, fast food restaurants, celebrities, or most news stations. I get my politics from reading, and making a my own decisions on my own personal choice.

My writing ability is sub-par at best. I am not colorful,  nor vibrant, and I don not care to influence you on changing how you see life.

I am open to hear your point of view, but that doesn’t mean I will change mine.

So how did I get into so much debt? Like seriously I look at it almost daily and think how in the hell did this happen?

I mean I do know how it happened, It’s my fault, I take full responsibility. Ugh I just want it paid and gone.

It’s not like I had a medical emergency or I was helping out a friend in need. Nope I was married, tried to buy my stepsons affection, then got a divorce, quit my job and had to use it to survive. Yeah nothing special about that story right there.

When the term Nazi is used to describe an event, a person, or a political view you seem to really trivialize the word Nazi.

This was one of the worst political ideals our world has even seen. I do not think you truly understand how horrible all of it was, their beliefs, the war and the effect it had on entire world. 

Feel free to use the word as you wish, but you downplay their actions and their beliefs.

So it is Thursday and you know what that means!! Wait you have no idea. Well let me inform you. It means that I take what ever little money I have left over from the week and use it on my debt. How exciting is that?

Not exciting at all. I know, kind of a let down. How did I get myself into this mess? Well I do know how but that is for another day.

In the mean time I did start on chapter one in my book. I will discuss that in more detail later as well.

So I for whatever reason decided to start a blog. Not sure why, it’s not like I have anything important to say, not like what I have to say is meaningful. I am by no means here to tell you how you should live your life, or what to believe in or who to follow politically.

I guess I am just here to vent, share my experience and write.

The title says it all, yes I am in terrible debt, I am an amateur writer and here are some other things about me. I am a military analyst for the national guard, going on 16 years, I do not enjoy my civilian job (its my first since college), and I have been trying to write this book.

So I will blog on my progress with my huge debt whenever I can and keep up with my progress my book. I am not sure which I will finish with first, clearing my debt or finishing my book.

Oh and from time to time, I will share my views on politics, and poke fun at everything.
