ask yourself, is what I’m holding onto, also holding on to me?

allow yourself to feel the grief and loss of what you’re letting go of. You can’t heal from what you don’t allow yourself to feel.

Remember it’s okay for you to outgrow people, places and things. It’s okay for them to outgrow you too
