It legitimately blows my mind that some people don't find bellies attractive.
They're so cute and adorable and sexy and they're *so* much fun to play with. A big soft ball sticking out front that you can jiggle or rest your head on or squeeze or bounce.
Like there's just so much good stuff about bellies, that I really can't fit it all in one post.
And the best part about them, is if you're treating your partner well, they just get bigger and softer.
Hey, i'm starting to gain after years of denial and finding your blog so helpful :) but wanted to ask about maltodextrin that you mentioned in the gainer shake. Well I tried it yesterday for the first time and I got a headache afterwards. Is this normal? Is it something I should ignore and will get used to? I got a big packet of it so I'm hoping so. Thanks for your great advice x
Glad my blog has been helpful. š As for the headaches, itās probably the sugar rush or a osmosis/hydration problem. First try adding some more water to whatever youāre usingāperhaps 1-3 cups more (8-24oz). You can even just drink a glass of water directly afterward. Iād recommend sipping rather than chugging.
If that doesnāt provide relief, try cutting back on the amount of maltodextrin you do at one time. Perhaps cut it in half and do a second dose later in the day.
Of course, this advice is predicated on my assumption that youāre following what I recommended in my gainer shake blog. Iāve gotten mail from folks whoāve modified what I said rather substantially and experienced either discomfort or disappointing results or both.

From decades of bodybuilding and fattening guys, hereās what Iāve discovered about gainer shakes and using them to put over 150 pounds on my fatboy since we got together a few years ago. (And all that blubber looks amazing on his 5'6" frame.)
Guys whoāve followed what Iāve outlined here (both quantity and frequency) have gained 15-20 pounds in a month. In one case, 10lbs in a week for several weeks when combined with an already high-calorie diet.

Hey man, I'm trying to get my guy to gain about 30 lbs as fast as I can get him to. Honestly shakes with half and half, sugar, peanut butter,and whole milk have been doing the trick (typically twice a day) on top of his regular diet. However, I'm wondering how we can get those calories to stick and stay on his 5'5" frame? Any other tips detailing how I can fatten up a guy quickly would be great! Any tips to fatten up belly/butt are welcome too! Thanks!

Exercise Tip for Gainers
As you point out, walking is good. Itās also the easiest and most practical. Swimming is excellent if you have access to a pool, and it can be done by people at any fitness level. Playing a sport is great if you like that sort of thing. Exercise neednāt be vigorous to be healthful. Consistency is more important than exhausting yourself. For example, moderate exercise 20 minutes a day every day is better than 90 minutes once a week. Also, as I remind many gainers, exercise doesnāt have to be painful, stressful, or boring. Exercise is just your body in motion.
Of course getting a lot of exercise may not be an issue if you already have an active lifestyle. For example, if you live in a walk-able city or college campus and donāt have a car. Even shopping and poking around a mall for an hour is more vigorous than playing a video game on the couch.
Finally, a lot of gainers think they have to go to the gym to lift weights so they can carry extra weight in the future. This is simply untrue. If you want to strengthen your back as your belly gets heavier, then keep doing whatever youāre doing now (bending, walking, lifting, etc.). Your muscles will strengthen gradually as you gradually get heavier. If you are worried about being able to make it up a flight of stairs when youāre 350 lbs., all you have to do is keep climbing stairs as your weight increases. The more you do, the more you can do. Conversely, if it thrills you to one day find yourself exhausted by a flight of stairs, then stay away from stairs and that capacity will diminish.
Hello, i just started gaining 6 Month ago and put on 12 lbs ... Since yesterday i make me in the evening a gainer shake with 500 ml whipping cream, 3 Spoons of regular Sugar and lecithin. But how much lecithin is neccesary that the fat Enters Right away into the fatty Cells?

Sorry you had a bad experience. Hereās some advice that might help.
Maltodextrin first and foremost is a thickener and emulsifier, so youāre going to have to use a blender, which I think I talk about in the recipe. Also, regular baking cocoa likewise wonāt combine with the mixture no matter how hard you beat it with your spoon. Alkalized cocoa (sometimes called Dutch cocoa) will combine more easily, but that wonāt help you with the maltodextrin. A blender is key.Ā

Iām a fit dude who really loves huge fat guys. Something about seeing a man porked out with blubber, no neck, and soft moobs really gets me going. Iāve been with a lot of fat guys, but Iād like to try force feeding. A couple of guys said theyād be up for it. Any advice? Iāve never done this before.
