Chancellor Sheevy is just like, going about his day, making his rounds of the Senate, soaking up all that delicious carb-free stress and desperation hanging over the offices of all the goody-two-shoes ( or four, or none, or what have you) public servants when he senses just this absolutely tasty spike of dread and anxiety and fear from the office of Junior Senator Riyo Chuchi. So he decides to creep on in to offer some grandfatherly advice and maybe wind the pitiful child up into true panic and nightmares. How fun would that be.
Anyway, he invites himself in for a Dark-Side snack, figuring he'll figure out what's got the child so frightened and see if he can't make it worse -
Now, Riyo Chuchi, right, is in her office, and she hears this - scuttling croak.
So she looks and there is this - this - this horrifying cricket-centipede monster climbing up the wall, right?
So she does the whole 'there is a rat in the kitchen!' panic dance, jumps up on her chair, grabs the heavy ornamental spear that hangs on her wall and like, turns wildly, trying to figure out where this horrible chattering creature went, and it's scuttling across the wall towards her so she jumps from her chair to her desk and the Chancellor just strides into the room and she steps on a datapad, slips and basically gets flung forward, completely unintentionally and with no malice whatsoever and gores the Chancellor of the Republic right in the chest with her fripping spear. Man is one-and-done, right through the heart in a rip of gore because the blade on this thing, right? It's a piece of work. Possibly even Force-Nullifying and/or coated in toxin ( Not that poor sweet Riyo Chuchi knows anything about that!)
So there's Riyo Chuchi, stunned silent and more than a little bruised from her fall.
And there's the Chancellor of the Republic, very dead in a very gruesome manner, spear sticking out of his chest.
Fox walks in to ask if she's had any issues with vermites in her office.
Riyo, still in shock, points to the ceiling.
Fox shoots it. It falls dead next to the Chancellors body.
"Well," Fox sighs. "That's one problem solved, Senator."
Riyo bursts into tears, having No Idea that she accidentally just saved the GAR, the Republic, and the Jedi Order by putting an end to the Sith Mastermind otherwise known as Darth Sideous.
