Meet our beloved Aiden Remy D., the first of the OA toons we are designing for the Oops! All Ichor AU!

We wanted to lean a little more into our 1930’s cartoon roots and our EMS background with his design, so here’s our little first aid kit!

Did you know that using a red cross on a white background is breaking the geneva convention? Red Cross symbolism is strictly protected for relief workers in war, apparently! We didn’t actually know that until making Remy here.

His mustache, eyebrows, and arms are made of coban, a stretchy bandage often used in medicine because it sticks to itself, not to you! :D

Yes, we have a game mechanic designed for him (and most of his OA toon friends), but we will save that for when we’re not exhausted. For now, we hope you enjoy his design and his lore snippet below!

Aiden Remy D. is the museum’s medic. He’s the sort of person who carries enough bandages for every possible emergency, worries about everyone around him, and hands out star stickers like they’re a cure-all.

To be fair, sometimes they help.

After the fall of the Gardenview Center, Aiden became one of the most dangerous Twisteds still roaming the halls. Unable to ignore injured Toons, he absorbs their excess ichor into himself in an attempt to keep them stable. It’s worked for years.

The problem is that all that ichor has to go somewhere.

Aiden doesn’t mind.

Everyone else does, especially once he starts trying to bandage their wounds…
