Current Status:

-In training with a captured rebel in a non-traditional fashion. Made a bet to subdue the former rebel into becoming a hound for it willingly. Stating it could see the dog she needed to be in her eyes.

-Renewed focus on the hound's new attitude and actions. All actions to this point have been monitored. Unsanctioned activity is reported immediately. Communication to rebels have been monitored and severed after [REDACTED].

-All camera feeds in its section of the facility have been requested to be private and not viewed until further notice. Request has been approved due to positive progress reports. Pending continued approval based on continued progress.

Not that it will matter in the end. I am not physically with it. But mentally I am there. I am sure while it is away from me, it will feel the need to sink back into that feral personality. Angered and missing something. And when it comes back and is near me again. It will feel whole again. And I will have my hound back, my sweet puppy.

This is a report on the progress of the Handler/hound connection during the first week of the bet and experiment being conducted in Facility [REDACTED].

Overall progress:

Hound is experiencing confusion, guilt, and loyalty split between Handler and rebel comrades. Strength, skills, and intelligence has been evaluated as valuable.

Subject is not on the recommended regimen of drugs meant to encourage conditioning and psychological manipulation. *

Subject D401Y has been allowed to successfully send monitered communication to rebel allies revealing pertinent information without interrogation.

Communication ran for exactly 30 minutes on loop before communication was cut. **

Handler provides personal training and conditioning outside of standard.

Subject D401Y has had a sudden turn in attitude after a Redacted incident. Incident report was filled but never filed.

**Handler made a note that all incoming communication related to the call for assistance were severed. Reasoning for allowed communication has been withheld.

A full week has passed at this point and so I feel confident that conditioning has been steady. Continuing that work privately will help establish a better bond. I am the only one in the facility the hound can fully trust. Or at least trust enough to lower it's guard.

Her new attitude has not changed however. But it seems to be more...assertive in itself. Showing no signs of abdication from it's progress path.

I will have to hold a firm stance when it comes to ensuring it's conditioning and rehabilitation stick. But a hound that is deeply loyal to me is a hound worth having. A very useful and talented asset is a major boon to Imperial forces. She will bend to my will, there is no other option.

A strong minded rebel. Who would be better classified as a dog than it would a person. There's no doubt that the conditioning is working.

I am still in control of the situation. But it's last transmission concerns me. It's attitude change brings both promise and worry. A hound should be loyal to it's Handler. And that is what I have been able to condition.

It's is undoubtedly in love with unwaveringly loyal to me. Maybe my methods have proved to be... Too effective.

It does not appear to be confused in anyway about it's devotion, nor concerned. It also does not appear that the change has affected its ability to pilot properly.

She... no it, had more fight than normal, but not in the direction of fighting for it's humanity. It even faltered when I reminded it of it's place.

Ill have to keep a tighter eye on it until this new attitude is... Regulated. The events of the issue will be kept to myself until further notice.

Ignoring filed paper work. Ignoring my clear restrictions on what to and not to do with my hound.

I will find the Handler responsible for causing trouble for my hound during their private time.

Perhaps I'll have to have them removed from this facility all together if this blatant disregard for rules and regulations continues to be disregarded.

It's only a matter time before she's capable of going on missions, and getting more... Active rewards for good behavior. But so far it seems her senses staying clear hasn't had much effect on her conditioning.

Sort of like a service animal on one side and a vicious hound on the other. Both loyal and obsessed with me. I find it hard to say, I'm dependent on the feeling it gives me.

A rush of adrenaline. As a Handler I'm sure not to show this too often in front of it. As that would ruin the progress we've made so far, if I were to drop my guard. I'm aware that having her off of the drug regimen increases the difficulty of conditioning. But I have no doubts as to the current conditioning working.

I would agree it is!

I'm just not a dominant. But I strive to serve. As an Owner or a Handler, I don't lead with dominance. So that means I do handle certain aspects differently. And so i think its important I'm upfront about that so that later I'm not dealing with others saying I'm doing it 'wrong'. My want and need is to make sure the hound I'm training is being taken care of in a healthy and sane manner.

I give her the structure and care she needs to function and instead of feeling like I'm being in control, I feel more like I'm following.

In my relationship it's more like I'm serving my hound. Which isn't what the traditional structure is. But I'm not expecting anyone to understand. I'm not expecting anyone to like or approve. At the same time it wont be changing. Because it makes my hound happy. And that's what matters most.

An errant hound not using the drug regimen issued to all hounds in the program due to a 'bet' made by Doll. Allowing the former rebel to return to being a rebel at the end of a one week Two week period. At which point it has been noted that the rebel will be [REDACTED- Higher clearance needed to view] if it wins the bet. Otherwise, it will be fully indoctrinated into the HDR program to ensure it's smooth transfer into the field.

Be so very proud rebel. When you finally realize that you were made to be a hound you'll finally understand that you don't have to give up.

It starts off dim, you blink and it's gone. You're not sure if it was there to begin with.

But then it keeps growing, as the training and the alone time starts to bleed into each other. has it really only been days? Is it really getting that deep into your head? Should you even be here anymore? Why aren't you escaping? Shouldn't there be a rescue team here by-

It's back. The glow is more than visible, and all those rushing thoughts are pushed away by the warmth flooding your senses. Handler is back and Its smile is everything you've ever needed. The fog of confusion lifts and it's replaced by the clarity that is Its voice.

"Are you ready for more training Hound?"

There's a voice that speaks in the back of your head that screams something is wrong. "I'm...a hound? No.. I'm a hero."

"That's what I said." The glow surrounding It grows brighter. It's screaming at you that It is correct. "You are a hound."

Being my hound is a privilege. Anyone should be happy for it.

Its potential is very high. And I hope to implement it soon. A hound following me will be better, stronger, and happier. Following me and the divinity I impose.

The fight that burned bright inside of it making way for my will. Rejecting itself before sinking into my comfort. Finding no relief better than my presence.

Soon it will have no reason to worry, I will worry for it, all it has to do in return is be a good hound for me nd do a good job on its missions.

This is not about having a crush on the Hound I'm training. Besides, my only concern was damage of my asset or other Imperial staff.

What an absurd thing to say. Staying anonymous was your best choice. A feral hound is dangerous. I should be made aware of any interaction they are subject to as its Handler and the one responsible for its actions.

I must remind you all that a feral untrained hound is just as much a danger as it is an asset to us.
