Forages near salt cliffs at dawn. Returns inland before heatrise.

Base camp location: deep in the valley, unknown.

Accompanied by two yao guai cubs — loyal, unnaturally calm.

Face paint varies in color: bone-white for mourning, red ochre for battle.

Bears ancestral tools: obsidian blade, weathered bow, flint charms. Pelts and hides used as bedding and clothes.

No tribal markings. No faith but earth and silence.

She walks as if the land itself makes way for her.

Carries no map. Follows no stars. And yet never lost.

Locals leave offerings: dried roots, broken teeth, stones with blood on them.

Some call her a protector. Others—an omen.

No one calls her friend.

The cubs do not growl unless they mean it.
