I signed up as a pinch hitter for the Ace Attorney Holiday Exchange 2025 and made this comic. The prompt was for fanfiction or fanart of Trucy and Phoenix' relationship, and the prompter specifically asked about hobbies Trucy might have outside of magic, and also asked if Phoenix would ever get involved with Trucy's tricks. I decided to explore fibrecrafts as a shared hobby of theirs (partially because of Trucy's interest and partially out of necessity for her act).
Usually when I make a comic I write a script and make thumbnails first but this time I decided to just wing it and see what happens because of the time crunch. It made for an interesting comic drawing experience and I like how it turned out, even if the only thing that was crunched more than the time was the lettering on the last page.

He doesn't need a very powerful device as I imagine his hearing loss wouldn't be very heavy. It would still bother him enough to actually get aid.
BTE - Behind The Ear. It's a very common type of hearing aid (I'm familiar with this one which is why I gave it to him). This one is smaller with a thin tube. Not too noticeable
Hearing aids make this awful ringing sound when they get too close to something. If you want to cuddle with a hearing aid wearer make sure to be careful to maneuver this
Edgeworth is stubborn. He wants to prove to the world he can handle himself with no help as much as possible. Alas, we are all human, and so is he. Don't act strong, you only damage yourself. If you need your disability aid, use it
