Donât be afraid to get creative. To put your art out into the world. To invent, inspire, and produce. You are not just a being of logic, but one of great imagination. So please, use your gifts and fill this world up with magnificent, prolific colour.

âWe must remember the chemical connections between ourselves and the stars, between the beginning and now. We must remember and reactivate the primal consciousness of oneness between all living things.â
â Barbara Mor
âWhen conquest became the mode, people burnt the feminine out of the planet. We made it like this that the masculine is the only way to be successful, and we have compelled even women to be very masculine today in their attitude, approach and emotion. We have made everybody believe that conquest is the only way to success. But to conquer is not the way; to embrace is the way. Trying to conquer the planet has led to all the disasters. If the feminine was the more dominant factor, or at least if the two were evenly balanced, I donât think you would have any ecological disasters, because the feminine and earth worship always went together. Those cultures which looked upon the earth as the mother, they never caused too much damage to the environment around them.â
â Sadhguru Jaggi Vasudev
âYou carry Mother Earth within you. She is not outside of you. Mother Earth is not just your environment. In that insight of inter-being, it is possible to have real communication with the Earth, which is the highest form of prayer.â
â Thich Nhat Hanh

âThe way we see the world shapes the way we treat it. If a mountain is a deity, not a pile of ore; if a river is one of the veins of the land, not potential irrigation water; if a forest is a sacred grove, not timber; if other species are our biological kin, not resources; or if the planet is our mother, not an opportunity - then we will treat each one with greater respect. That is the challenge, to look at the world from a different perspective.â
â David Suzuki
âWhen we recognize the virtues, the talent, the beauty of Mother Earth, something is born in us, some kind of connection; love is born.â
â Nhat Hanh
âThey are very young. And on their earth, as they call it, they never communicate with other planets. They revolve about all alone in space.â "Oh,â the thin beast said. âArenât they lonely?â
â A Wrinkle in Time
âWe do not see nature with our eyes, but with our understandings and our hearts.â
â William Hazlitt
âMaybe it was the smell of ripe tomatoes, or the oriole singing, or that certain slant of light on a yellow afternoon and the beans hanging thick around me. It just came to me in a wash of happiness that made me laugh out loud, startling the chickadees who were picking at the sunflowers, raining black and white hulls on the ground. I knew it with a certainty as warm and clear as the September sunshine. The land loves us back. She loves us with beans and tomatoes, with roasting ears and blackberries and birdsongs. By a shower of gifts and a heavy rain of lessons. She provides for us and teaches us to provide for ourselves. Thatâs what good mothers do.â

Whatever made you think
That nymphs shave their legs?
That they felt shamed by their textures
That they were bothered by their womanhood
That they didnt wear their hair
the way they wore fuzzy thistles on their brow
And round their necks.
Whatever made you think
That mermaids sharpened shells
To shelp off the soft thin kelp
Beneath their arms?
That they would want to be smooth
And innocent looking
As a little girl.
They arent intimidated by extentions
Of their grace.
Whatever made you think
That a goddess would be bothered
By a soft garden between her legs?
Morrigan must revel in it
A show of power
That she is a woman
Her legs a fertile plain.
She does not ignore her animosity
She wear it upon her thighs.
Aphrodite knows that her beauty
Has never been impeded
by fruitful womans body
She wouldnt carve away anything that is hers
Just as she would never wash away the seafoam
From which she was born.
Freya understands
That with blood, and hair, and fertility
Comes wisdom
She does not regret her age
Or yearn for the nakedness of childhood
Her place is among valkeries.
Amoung the raw and the wild.
Even though she wears hair upon her legs
As she does feathers upon her back,
They are lusted after and admired
They are holy and glowing
They are blessed and flowing
Even though they have legs like a doe.
I am an animal, along side any rabbit or elk
I am soft and lush
I am holy and glowing
I have earned this badge of womanhood
Along side my mermaid eyes
and nymphish hands
My aura is as bright as theirs.
F r e y j a â Norse goddess of war, love, magic, beauty, life and death; daughter of the god Njörðr and twin sister of the god Freyr. Freyja is the owner of the necklace BrĂsingamen, rides a chariot pulled by two cats, possesses a cloak of falcon feathers. She is said to be the most glorious among the norse goddesses and the most approachable one for people to pray to. Freyja has a particular fondness for love songs, and thatâs why âit is good to pray to her concerning love affairsâ.   Several plants were named after Freyja, such as Freyjaâs tears and Freyjaâs hair. In VĂ€rend, Sweden, Freyja could also arrive at Christmas night and she used to shake the apple trees for the sake of a good harvest and consequently people left some apples in the trees for her sake. However, it was dangerous to leave the plough outdoors, because if Freyja sat on it, it would no longer be of any use.
