The great thing about having passengers in the car is that you can ask them to take a picture of the beautiful sunrise when you can’t 😉. @byruvarashe did the things. Although I’m not always up in time for them, I love sunrises. It’s almost as though we are given something to see and appreciate as we step into the new day. The harder part is to then appreciate the smaller less obvious things and be grateful for each new thing in that day. The challenge for me often comes when there is a need to Fight each negative thought with a positive one.
