He knows a ton of people through his work but tends to keep most of his relationships on a professional level.
Phinex and him have been a couple since high school.

Always optimistic and energetic, Phinex tries to brighten up any mood and see the positive in any situation, even if it might be uncalled for.
Following the trails of the Intel Merchants, he eventually manages to find and reunite with Jason completely on his own.
Now he mostly acts as JasonĀ“s morality compass and the groupĀ“s designated Medic, despite having no actual Medic abilities and having to rely on his past studies.
