Reasons for each of them are,
Kecleon: That was his first one. I chose it because I could easily imagine young Ienzo walking around with it. It was as shy and quiet as him, they made the perfect duo.
Decidueye: Okay, picked this because I figured that his first one would be deemed useless in battle which isn’t true but whatever. Anyways he gets his hands on this cute rowlet out of spite.
Absol: Senses danger and impending disaster. I won’t go too into why I think this is the perfect pokemon for Ienzo/Zexion but for one thing this poor pokemon hated Castle Oblivion.
Zorua: Obviously he needed the illusion fox puppy on his team. Sometimes it likes to take his form and help him skip out on chores.
Musharna: Read it’s pokemon sword entry.
Venomoth: He uses it for status effects mostly.
I can keep going.

Xigbar’s eye narrowed, sensing that Ienzo was not quite getting how important it was that he remain silent on the matter. It was time to show, not tell.
He stood abruptly and summoned No Name, “Maybe I haven’t made myself clear,” He said, holding the keyblade to Ienzo’s chest. “You cannot breathe a word of this to anyone! Say it so I believe you or I’ll use another way to silence you!”
Ienzo flinches, but trying not to back away. He came this far, and he was not about to compromise his chances of hearing what Xigbar had to say, not by a long shot. So, Xigbar had to believe him. Fine.
“I won’t breathe a word of this to anyone, I promise.” And he wouldn’t say a word, that was true.

Myde set the first stack down and kept helping him clean up. It felt nice to help with some of this mess that had happened. Even if his hands hadn’t been directly in it, he had certainly sat on the side lines while it happened and did nothing. So he felt more than a little guilty and willing to help. The question made him laugh a little. “I am older than he is if that paints a picture. He’s at least several hundred years old. I’m much older than that even. Technically I’m the cradle robber in our relationship not him.”
“...How much older than that?” Ienzo is unable to help himself as he asks. Giving Ienzo half answers was a sure way of getting him to ask even more questions. His natural curiosity would just get the best of him.
Picking up another book, he looks at it, noticing that it is in braille. He grabs another, also braille. Neither of them were relevant to what Myde wanted, unfortunately, but it was a start. “I think I found the old braille section.”
He stacks the two books he grabs together, grabbing a few others and stacking those accordingly. If there were any spell books here in braille, it was likely going to take them a while to find them. The library was somewhat expansive, hopefully they would find one.

“Xigbar?” Ienzo asks, kicking in a nearby wooden wedge under the door, effectively propping it open. Not processing what Myde just said, entirely. Walking in, he ends up taking in the mess that was the library instead.
As the library was, there were many books on the floor, many being neatly stacked beside book shelves- they were still all being sorted through so that it was ensured everything was put away in an orderly manner. Some books seemed to have been haphazardly scattered about the floor, many lying open and page down as though they had been thrown there.
In conclusion, it was still quite a bit of a nightmare in here. Ienzo sighs.
“…Xigbar?” He asks again, voice quieter and better expressing his surprise- he was immensely confused now, as it hadn’t crossed his mind that Xigbar could be a possibility. It was a little hard for him to imagine the man he’d grown up with… and Myde.
“Yea Xigbar, Braig, Luxu whatever the fuck you want to call him by. I’ve known him pretty much his whole life.” He chuckled a bit. “And yes yes I’m much older than I look comes with the territory of being half human.”
If anything Myde looked amused more than anything at being asked questions seeming to enjoy it. He started carefully picking up the books on the ground that needed care. Carefully making a stack of them.
“We’ve been partners a very long time Ien. It’s part of why he wanted me to lay low. He didn’t want to put me in any danger if he could help it. And he sure as hell didn’t want Xemnas or Xehanort knowing I was more useful than I let on. Or more powerful than I let on.”
Ienzo blinked, picking up and helping stack books himself. He tries to be careful about remaining as organized as possible, but finds himself distracted. Not checking the book covers.This was a whole lot for him to unpack at once. Every assumption he might have had about Myde was proven entirely wrong.
“Half human- wait, how old are you?” Ienzo knows that was a blunt question immediately after it comes out of his mouth. “I’m sorry, I’m just surprised...”
A lot was unknown to him, but he did know that Myde had to be well past old to have known Xigbar- Luxu? His whole life.

“I don’t mean to pry…” As inquisitive as he was, it was difficult to keep these questions to himself even as he considered that it might be rude to ask them.

“L…Xigbar..” He ‘looked’ at the shorter man and smiled a bit. “It’s ok to ask. Honestly I am so sick of keeping everything to myself it’s not even funny. Only having him to talk to all these years has not been easy. Not that just having his company is a bad thing.” He smiled a bit at that thought. He’d had him as a constant companion longer than most could imagine really. But Myde did want for more friends, he was more of a people person than Luxu ever had been.
