Thanks! I really appreciate the support. I’ve had night time issues for the majority of my life. There have been a few years here and there where things have improved due to medication, diet, routines, etc. but all have been temporary

This is why we always pack extra diapers folks! Went in a weekend trip to visit a friend and went through my supplies faster than I thought. I had a couple pull-ups left so I crossed my fingers they would hold up on the 4 hour ride back home. The damage was undeniable 😖

One day I became so infuriated by being under this cruel and unfair worlds control that I decided to stop having the mindset of a victim and start having the mindset of a conqueror! It won’t solve all your problems but it sure helps you take a step in the right direction!

2024 is going well! Thanks for asking. I put myself under unusual amounts of pressure and stress to be a better, stronger person each day so the toughest part is managing it’s affects on me and staying positive. This community helps for sure 😁

I can’t be too specific because of privacy concerns but I will tell you that I work in the operating room. Being able to help people as my job is the most rewarding thing imaginable!
