Funny note about this image; I originally was going to put the kanji for "Hey Hey Hey!" in the background, but couldn't find an example of one of those panels in japansese (rather than translated to english) to see exactly what phrase he uses. My little bit of japanese reading knowledge made me feel weirdly insistent on using the correct kanji, so in the end I opted for his Bokuto "BEAM!" instead as that word is MUCH easier to translate 😅

All of the artwork for my Pokemon 2027 calendar is finally complete! 🥳 The art for these calendars always takes me FOREVER but I'm pretty happy with this one. I feel like my hidden dittos are extra tricky this year 😈 Printing is about to get underway so you can grab them starting at Anime North in Toronto next month! 😉
