Hit Toronto’s Indie Ale House last night for dinner. Right off the bat, I started with The Instigator, one of the best IPAs I’ve ever had in my life. While it’s true that I can’t remember all of the IPAs I’ve had, I can tell you that I can’t remember many with as good a flavor as this one. I also had their Italian sausage pizza, which was really good; especially the fresh oregano sprigs. But if I come back, it’s gonna all be about that Instigator!

Was a guest at Ben E. Keith's Taste of Great Brewers event last night at the Frontiers of Flight Museum in Dallas. Tasted about twenty or so beers. Great time.

Great summer beer, Texas Helles Lager by Community Brewing. Crisp and refreshing...
