I suspected we may revisit the Elysian Kingdom from that one bts pic though I thought it would be in s5, and looks like I've been right!!! I'm also pretty convinced this is the episode Christina teased someone she loves a lot coming back on the show, yes it's definitely Runa!!!

I feel like La'an must have been so frustrated with herself in the wish world. Like, once again she fell for someone she couldn't have. The sting of rejection again.

Noonien Singh rushed to Spock's side. 'Spock!'

He turned to greet Noonien Singh with a hint of relief and happiness in his expression: 'La'an!' He seemed ready to embrace her until he noted everyone looking at him, at which point he retreated behind a more subdued facade. 'Are you all right?'

'I am. Thank you for asking.'

She saw Noonien Singh discreetly take Spock's hand beneath the console.
