Howdy Neighbor!

There would be a rope climb minigame, that one thing where you scoot on your butt with wheels below, enemies based on various gym equipment, one enemy where susie is on their side-throwing baseballs at you and you have hit a baseball susie throws over to the enemy, etc etc.

The bosses would be a duo of sports commentators, hiding in the announcer booth, they constantly talk over you about how you're playing the game. They talk like carl from aquateen and constantly talk about the good old days.

Alot of the arc is about proving them wrong by doing things your own way, whether it be fighting every enemy and showing you're more than capable OR using act constantly and forcing your way without even playing the games.

The end would have you putting the two commentators against eachother, them fistfighting and doing cheap shots while calling eachother "pansies". After the dark fountain is sealed, Kris checks the commentator booth, the only thing inside being two old baseball almanacs.
