I am also thinking of maybe a traveling carnival situation where the visitors turn into ingredients that are sacrificed to make the perfect desert
And or maybe trisker knows the owner and or is friends with the owner of the "Blood syrup act" aka the carnival. Maybe they will one day decide enough of being on road and join full time

Trickster just eats sweets and she's very interested in carnivals because it's an endless source of entertainment!! The twins' (Heaven and Nevaeh) backstory actually has to do with carnivals! that's why in their room, they're usually seen doing acrobats/aerialists.. Also making visitors perform deadly stunts for them.

I like to think that both of them take care of eachother while working, like Casimir giving Lance special treatment and him dealing with annoying visitors. If their relationship was canon, probably it wouldn't be anything "official", why?
