Happy things about The Arcana

Soooo this took forever because I’m really picky with fancasts, and even now I won’t say this is my ‘dream cast’ just the best I can see right now. I mainly went with people who have the right kind of presence and to some degree look, so I can’t promise if seeing them acting together would work but here they are:

(some are obviously already suggested by other people ;) )

Julian

I have seen others use the same fancast, and when asked I already said this was the one I like best, so no surprise ;)

When it comes to Julian’s voice... I don’t really have a fancast, I just think it would be a very warm voice, with a slight Russian accent.

Nadia

I guess you can see I recently watched The Good Place ;) But come on she’d do an excellent job. I might even cast her for the voice as well.

Asra

If you’ve been on tumblr any amount of time looking at the arcana tags, you’ve probably seen this face cast for Asra already, but I just think he’s perfect!

Lucio

Again one that has already circulated in the fandom but I just can’t imagine anyone else.

I don’t really have an idea for Lucio’s voice tbh...

Portia

I think Portia would be one of the trickier characters to play, but I can see it.

I think she’d also work for Portia’s voice.

Muriel

The hardest to ‘cast’ for me. I’m still not satisfied about it, but I just think Jason Momoa is one of the few people who is huge and can pull of both the intimidating, unreadable vibe, as well as the hidden softer side.

For voice? I just imagine Muriel having a very deep voice, and to speak a lot softer than you’d expect from his size.
