I really like this concept because it outlines another reason Robert is perfect for the z-team. He sees them, like, REALLY sees them.

He sees them as people, and thinks they deserve good treatment and second chances, he steps in to defend them even in the face of ridicule from his colleagues. He pushes them to do better because he knows they CAN do better.

In conclusion: Robert has dangerous amounts of kind white boy swag. (the sad brown eyes just make him overpowered, why are they so intense..?) the z-team are THIRSTY for that malnourished depressed guy.

Note: the names are lazy, I started drawing this at 1:00am ( also to anyone who has an oc team called the e-team I SWEAR this isn't targeted, I read a fic where they created the e-team to be unkind to the z-team so obviously I stole the concept for my evil doings.
