It is impossible to go through the city without noticing the exquisite architecture, with narrow houses that line along the canals. ✨ . Thank you 🥂 . One of the most important lessons we take from travelling is to never take things for granted. 🎈 . Born in Rio de Janeiro, often referred to as one of the most beautiful cities in the world, it was only after spending a long winter in Glasgow that I realised how beautiful my city was. 🌅 . Don't get me wrong, winter is Glasgow was also awesome. Christmas time is always magical, the storefronts in the UK are really beautiful and even the dead nature has its beauty. ❄️ . Earth is so diverse, so beautiful, so inspiring! It feels like a natural urge for us to explore more and more of it whilst we have the chance to. As opposed to everyone else's expectations, Tobias loves the excitement of exploring new neighbourhoods and sniffing new houses. 🐶 . To become nomadic was very scary but rewarding, it felt right all the while. Our studio fits in a backpack. Our entire house fits a suitcase — okay, okay, Tobias has his own backpack too. But the lighter our belongings feel, the lighter the weight on our shoulders feels too. 🧳 . Design for me is closely related to the environment surrounding us, sticking to the essentials has been vital to stop me from feeling overwhelmed but a lot of other things impact on our well-being too. 🌿 . Personally, I love water in any form, a lake, a river, a canal, the sea… The canals in Amsterdam make the city even more exciting for water-lovers like me. Where it all began . This is the first picture I took once I arrived in Amsterdam. For the first time in my life, I felt so free — free of stress, free to work whenever I wanted from wherever I wanted, I felt passionate about design again. 🌿 . I've always felt like I could get more done when I worked directly with the people behind the projects, but I never thought I would be leaving the stability of working at an agency so soon. I had Tobias — my Frenchie — depending on me and I'm a very responsible dog mum, but something inside me kept telling me that doing what you love always pays off. Well, I couldn't be more right. ⚡️ .
