Extroverted Feeling  (Fe): Glinda makes it her mission in life to turn Oz into a decent human being and the great man she believes he can become. She always knows what to say to others, to comfort, inspire, or encourage them to reach their full potential. Glinda is happy to assume the role of an ethical role model to her community, and to provide for all their needs. She desires honesty from her relationships, and has strong feelings of disappointment and sadness over Evanora’s betrayal. She comfortably fits in to society, and is willing to give others  multiple chances at redemption.

Introverted Intuition (Ni): She has a futuristic vision that she is seeking to transform into reality: changing Oz into the Great and Powerful Wizard. She isn’t fooled by him in the least, but instead sees him for the self-centered man he is; but Glinda goes further than that: she also sees the tender heart under the selfish ambition, and how his life will change if he chooses the right path. She senses his coming before his arrival, and plans how to thwart the other witches and reclaim the Emerald City.

Extroverted Sensing (Se): Dangerous situations don’t hamper Glinda much, since she can see the opportunities in their mist. She quickly devises problem-solving solutions that rely on awareness of her environment. She also enjoys occasionally perilous situations (flying and fighting, traveling in bubbles, etc). She acts quickly and encourages others to also see potential for action. She enjoys lavish parties and beautiful fireworks displays.

ENFJ:

ENFJs focused on the organization’s ideals and operate within those ideals. They focus on how organizations should treat people and communicate these values to others. They enjoy leading and facilitating teams, and like to bring matters to mutually beneficial conclusions.

ENFJs prefer a work setting that contains individuals focused on changing things for the betterment of others. They like an environment that is people oriented, supportive, and organized. They do their best when there is a spirit of harmony, with encouragement given for self-expression. And they like their work to be settled and orderly, but not so much so that it is dull, quiet, unchanging, or unchallenging.

The ENFJ organizing style is to plan around the particular value or ideal and to supply the necessary energy toward its achievement or implementation. In the accomplishment of the goal, ENFJs will look at the people available and will assign tasks based on who needs the experience, the exposure, or the development. To a lesser degree, they will assign the task based on who needs the experience, the exposure, or the development. To a lesser degree, they will assign the task based purely on competency, because ENFJs feel it is more important to help others grow and develop new skills. If others have a particular deadline that needs to be met, the ENFJ will work to meet that deadline so that the other person will be happy.

ENFJs prefer occupations that reflect their ideals and that promote harmonious relationships with others. They tend to be attracted to occupation with a service orientation. They generally follow policies and procedures as long as those procedures are compatible with people’s needs. They prefer things to be organized and decided rather than haphazard.

Extroverted Feeling  (Fe): Evanora is so aware of the needs and wants of her sisters that she can effectively manipulate them by targeting and exploiting their emotional weaknesses. She knows just what to say to people to do them the most damage or to shift them toward her point of view. Evanora creates an environment that nurtures Theodora into a worse version of herself. She is highly emotional and frequently makes decisions based on her feelings.

Introverted Intuition (Ni): She has powerful insights into how other people are going to behave, and uses that to take advantage of them and maneuver her way toward the throne. Evanora pursues a futuristic goal of uniting with her sister to rule Oz. She has a romantic streak but also is a long-term thinker, who carefully schemes toward power by taking one careful step at a time. Evanora sees the truth and the potential in others, and perceives their nature with accuracy (she knows Theodora is evil and unstable, that Glinda may thwart her plans, and that the “Wizard” is a self-centered player who cannot be trusted).

Extroverted Sensing (Se): Her keen appreciation of the beauty of Oz also reflects in her self-consciousness about her own appearance; she wants things to look gorgeous and devotes extra energy and emotion into making that possible (she wants to give her sister an illusion, so she can be beautiful, as she has done for herself). Evanora is highly observant of what is happening around her, and in tune enough with her surroundings to revise her plans quickly and respond to danger. She can be somewhat impulsive.

The ENFJ’s dominant function is Fe (extraverted feeling). We are very outwardly expressive and open to others, but we try phrase what we say in a way that never hurts anyone. We are very aware of the emotions around us and like to prompt people to talk about themselves and open up as well. We are what you might call a chameleon, where it is very easy for us to blend in with what others like, especially when it comes to things like music choice or what restaurant to go to. In a group, you are most likely to recognize us as the one laughing, touching everyone, and trying to make everyone feel included (or excluded, if we don’t like you). People who like you will call you words like enthusiastic, bubbly, charismatic. People who don’t will call you words like over-emotional, exaggerating, manipulative.

The ENTJ’s dominant function is Te (extraverted thinking). They are also very outwardly expressive, but more in what they think than what they feel. They prefer to see things in terms of black and white. While an ENFJ’s main goal in an argument is to keep the peace, an ENTJ is more concerned with challenging the other’s side and reaching a clear conclusion than worry about hurting someone’s feelings. In a group, you are most likely to see them as the one making executive decisions/leading, telling people their opinions, or calling for action. People who like you will call you words like charming, bold, strong. People who don’t will call you words like overbearing, selfish, harsh.

The ENTP’s dominant function is Ne (extraverted iNtuition). They enjoy getting information from the outside world, especially by exploring. They more easily adapt to change than ENFJs or ENTJs. They are always searching for new ideas in places that others might not even notice. Like ENTJs, an ENTP may often find arguments to be fun because they enjoy the debate, but they are more interested in the debate than reaching the conclusion itself. In a group, you are most likely to see them as the one coming up with all the ideas, making witty conversation, or teasing friends. People who like you will call you words like adventurous, intelligent, innovative. People who don’t will call you words like flighty, immature, procrastinating.

The ENFP’s dominant function is also Ne. They also enjoy exploring and spontaneity, but ENFPs are more interested in finding inspiration and supporting causes. While an ENTP may be most excited about creating something useful, an ENFP will usually be most excited about creating something that helps others or expresses their emotions. Arguments make ENFPs uncomfortable and it is unlikely for them to start one unless they are defending something/someone very important to them. In a group, you are most likely to see them as the one wandering off while lost in thought, coming up with the most creative solution, or making the newcomers feel welcome. People who like you will call you artistic, idealistic, and free-spirited. People who don’t will call you sensitive, naive, and forgetful.

I would vote for an ENFJ as leader because they care about the group enough to make a difference.
