Honestly yesterday I was annoyed that all his drama tried to overshadow the merit of Lando's masterful performance all weekend, but today I just don't care, the crybabies will cry, they are incapable of any logical reasoning and will probably never make the neural connections enough to improve them. I only feel sorry for the people who have to deal with them in real life, it must be a hellish experience.

Well, if it's any consolation, Hungary'26 is about to replace Monza'25 in the lore.

If the Bum doesn't beat Lando again for the rest of this season (and lbr, his record here and Lando's pace rn aren't exactly inspiring hope) this race is going to become the excuse. Every bad quali? Hungary broke him. Every poor race? Hungary broke him. Every mistake until the end of next season? Believe it or not...Hungary.

There were other drivers who also didn’t give way to lapping cars because they were in their own battles, but the drivers trying to lap actually calmed themselves down after the initial moment they got stuck. It’s only poor little oscie p who can’t regulate his emotions. Meanwhile at least three TPs have said it’s on the engineers to handle the system errors better and the lapped cars as not culpable.

Lando asked to pit first because he was on Pace 2, glued to oscar's ass, and Max was only 4s behind. If they both still had to stop, there was a real risk of Max undercutting both of them.

McLaren's response? "No."

Then they pitted oscar first anyway and left Lando out for another 7 laps, during which Lando was faster than oscar was on fresh tyres. And somehow 81s have rewritten this into, "Lando asked for the team to give him the race win."

No. He made a strategy request. McLaren rejected it. The funniest part is 81s are mad over something that literally didn't happen.
