I Am Suffering From The Consumption

fantasy novel idea: there’s like six or seven different wizards, they all specialize in different varieties of magic but they’re all archetypal robed elderly wizards with huge bushy beards, and they all hate each other and are constantly trying to fuck each other over. there’s no deeper meaning or real story arc, just a series of short stories about wizards trying very hard to ruin each others’ lives as much as possible. why they dislike one another is unknown but it’s probably due to petty jealousy. absolutely nothing is at stake and none of the wizards are necessarily good or evil. each chapter is written from a different wizard’s perspective

Floating above the apex of his icy tower, Cyrrithion the Cold closed his eyes and allowed himself to bask in the crystalline perfection of the increasingly vast ice storm swirling about him.  It was the largest manifestation of frost energyye he had conjured since the Ninth Rupture, eons past, and it seemed as if time itself could be frozen by the utter cold.  It was, he noted with a self-satisfied grin, perhaps the most incredible blizzard the world had ever seen.  All it needed now was a destination.  Cyrrithion gestured towards the barely visible tower far to the south, muttering to himself as the vast maelstrom of frost began to charge forward.  “Fuck you, Tytonicus.  Piss on my ice sculptures, will you?” 

its freezing and the heater is broken so im gonna run the most challenging-to-render thing i own (minecraft) and make my pc so hot itll warm the room up
