THE VERMILION RABBIT

Synopsis: Life in the Shire is for the faint of heart and the content of mind, not for those who long to roam beyond the peaceful towns and fields. For deep beyond the borders of the quaint land lies territories fraught with darkness, danger, and death.

The Houses and Clan of Mbair Annui are challenged when a shadow rains threats onto their lives. Their leaders strive to save, or break, the people around them, but there might be no hope in sight to stop the cruelty from reaching the thresholds of their homes before it's too late.

The High Queen of the House of Rúmil searches for an answer to face the unseen monster that threatens her and her people. And that answer might come in the form of ... a Hobbit? With a prophecy upon his head, a bold destiny in his heart, and a fervor for protecting his newfound home, this Hobbit will venture forth on a journey to become a vanguard of the House of Rúmil, and perhaps its savior as well.

[Inspired by Warriors by Erin Hunter and The Lord of the Rings by J.R.R. Tolkien. Events in The Vermilion Rabbit will diverge from the events in canon Warriors.]

This story will be told through a fanfiction published on archiveofourown, in addition to one-shots published here [later to be published on ao3].

The Vermilion Rabbit: Content Warning List

I am not going to water down the events that will happen in The Vermilion Rabbit. This is a fiction story in a fictional series inspired and derived from other fiction, but it is treated seriously. It will contain a lot of lighthearted content, but it will also contain content that is considered mature [this is recommended for people 16 and older]. Whether these all will appear in the Arc One or in other arc much further down the line, I will put list all the tags/content warnings to be included in The Vermilion Rabbit.

While I am creating this series for my own enjoyment, I do not enjoy the harshness that this fiction will contain, or the cruelties that happen in real life.

Also, I am new to depicting a story with this serious magnitude. If I am describing one of these warnings without proper care, please let me know. I cannot say I will follow your advice to the letter, but I will heed it and do what I can to correct a mistake I make. And if I failed to mention a warning, please let me know so I can add it.
