I just started Rizolli and Isles and wth did no one warn me?? I'd seen random clips from this show before I started watching it, and I thought Maura literally grabbing Jane's chin would be in the later seasons, not the first episode!! Also the way they talk like a married couple all the time, their parents treat the other like their daughter in law, and Jane calls Maura honey all the time!! I also watched 2 x 10 for the first time yesterday and I'm so glad Hoyt's dead. I literally felt sick anytime the guy opened his mouth. But the way Jane started fighting both the guys as soon as Hoyt hurt Maura. I could write whole separate essays on this episode alone. Also the party for Jane at the end, and Maura's present getting the best reaction out of her. I already know they don't end up together at the end but I know neither of them die at least. (I suppose that's something given TV history). Since I'm only on season 2 I know I'm about to be queer bated to hell, but I love them so much so I will likely binge the rest of it.
