Hi my name is Terrence i created this page as part of an assignment for my food theory class i hope to gain new ideas to help me be more creative when creating a new dishes from this blog. I am currently going to school to become a chef the only kitchen that i work in is my own at home. My reason for becoming a chef is that i love to cook, eat and want to be able to cook for my family one day. Personally i believe that cook should be fun especially if the dish is for someone you care for and that it will show in the effort you put into the dish.

Not British but love fish and chips 1st at Lucky Clover Bar. Learnt to make beer batter and cook at the RecRoom. Let the lit part swim in the oil then let float in the oil. Worked in a British pubs for the summer the Gull and Firkin/ The Feather free meal/shift beer 🍻

1/2 cup cold beer,ginger ale,club soda for carbanaton/bubbles to make it light and Crisp.. I used apple cider beer

i like the oats in vector cereal so why cant i make myself and have a bowl of just that for breakfast .i made the recipe twice once 1/2 and then 1 1/3 times i decided used maple syrup instead of honey and added some vanilla extract to the recipe .

1/2 cup of oil ,honey or maple syrup each , 3cups of oats ,1/2 tbsp of cinnamon, salt each mix all together in a bowl , then spread on baking tray with parchment paper then bake 350℃ for 15-20 mins or dry TL it will get dryer after
