If you’re lucky enough to know someone who’s into gaining, getting softer, feeling bigger, or anything adjacent to that world, remember they’re still a person first. Make sure they feel safe. Make sure they feel wanted for more than just your attraction to them. Make sure they feel valued as a human being.

Sure, attraction and fantasy are part of it. But so are feelings, boundaries, insecurities, growth, and trust.

Just because someone has a big belly and enjoys indulging a ton doesn’t mean they’re automatically into every aspect of the kink. Meet people where they’re at. Listen to them. Let them define their own relationship with their body.

Bodies change. They always do.; skinny, chubby, heavier, and everything in between. None of it has been linear. It’s been a journey of figuring out what I want, what makes me happy, and how I want to exist in my own body.
