Post Rift Report

For Guildmaster Zyxan's Eyes only!

Rift formed during the Winter's Hark Festivities. Event witnessed by every Inhabitant of Nachtheim. The Raging Snowstorm temporarily abated during the event. Starlike Object witnessed falling out of the Rift before it closed. Exploration Teams ██, ███, and ███ which were present for the Festival, left to investigate to prevent a Panic breaking out in the Village. The Rift closed quickly thereafter, and has not reappeared.

On the Way to the Crashsite, the Teams encountered a strangly shimmering, injured Pokemon. Luckily, Team ██, which had experience with their Kind, was able to easily identify the Pokemon as a Baneful Zorua or Zoroark, despite the Fox's persistent Illusion as a Charmander. Upon Discovery, the Pokemon was speaking Nonsense, before fainting due to its Injuries.

Despite the inherent Dangers and objections of Team ██, the Explorers returned to Nachtheim with the Creature in tow.

Despite being unconscious, its Illusion has not vanished or even wavered. Upon waking, it has been constantly escorted by Guards to ensure the Villages Safety. Its Illusion has not changed since awakening, remaining in its obviously flawed Charmander Form, and it has not yet shown any Aggression, merely roaming the Village aimlessly.

The Village is currently debating what to do with the dangerous Ghost.

Some of the Villagers think it to be a Champion or Messenger of some Legend, others believe it to be scouting the Village for its Pack or planning to pull the Village into its Tricks. Search for the Pokemon whose Face it stole is ongoing.
