Name: Ozi Wukong

A wild child just as willing to scrap as his Pokémon, Ozi isn't accustomed to the normal traditions and customs of the more urban Pokémon World... simply because he wasn't raised by humans. He was raised by a group of Pokémon deep in the jungle. Still, he's developed a taste for battling, hence him having found his way to the Pokémon World Tournament with his family.

No-one's quite sure how Ozi came under the care of a group of Pokémon, as Ozi only ever recalls being under the care of Simisage, Simisear and Simipour. Having been raised from them, Ozi learnt from Simipour about how to survive, from Simisear how to fight, and most importantly of all, from Simisage about style. Soon the family would be joined by a young Chimchar considered by Ozi as his little brother, and has only grown since them.

For obvious reasons, you won't catch Ozi with a Pokéball, but he seems to have gotten the concept of a freeform team and specialist team under his belt. As well as Simisage, Simisear and Simipour. Ozi's freeform team is bolstered by Braviary, and airborne scout who helped keep an eye out for potential hunters in exchange for berries, his Galarian Darmanitan, who used his Zen Mode to keep everyone warm on cold nights and normal form to cool everyone in the baking sun, and a might Salamence, who came to respect the family's strength... admittedly afer being one of the aforementioned potential hunters.

As for his Specialist team, it included the likes of Passimian, who taught Ozi about the concept of sport, his Paldean Tauros, who often carried the tire Ozi and his little brother around after a tiring day, and his Kommo-O, who long patrolled the jungle Ozi grew up in, fighting off threats. His Mienshao often taught Ozi about patience, and his Flamigo... really just kicks stuff, he wasn't quite as much of a contributor to the group. But of course, the star of the show is the unbreakable bond of friendship between Ozi and his little brother Chimchar, now an Infernape. And what greater show of that bond than when Infernape unleashes its almighty Mega Evolution.
