it’s important to ask yourself once in a while “why do i live this way” any time i ask myself that, it’s my sign that something’s changed for me so i can take a moment to figure out my new wants, needs, hopes, goals, values. do not need to live in a way that’s making me say that.

Stop looking back at yourself with such disdain it's literally more cringe than whatever you were doing wrong back then
