Ladies and gents, Homecoming was definitely a night to remember (or so I have been told via several text messages and even email, too. Thx to everyone for sharing with me what all went down at the dance)!
To recap for everyone who wasn’t able to attend, here’s the lowdown:
Alex got up in front of everyone and gave an impromptu speech (apparently Principal Lee was very unhappy about this) that basically called out all students for posting horrible things about each other online.
After the big, long speech there was a video montage which ended dramatically by calling Warren Academy the class that “learned nothing.” Bold statement, but gonna have to agree a bit.
THEN, is when things got CRAY.
Alex admitted that he has been pretending to be Emma ALL along. Every poster, text and broadcasted announcement made was done by him, not Emma herself.
BUT WAIT, things got even more dramatic. He threatened to email this cringeworthy video montage highlighting every petty thing Warren students have said/done to each other to every admissions department at every decent college in this country. Give me a heart attack why don’t you?
Luckily, Charlie then appeared and admitted it was her that stole the diary.
Just as Alex told her it was too late. The guest of honor herself arrived… Ms. Emma Wilson. *gasp* The girl does know how to make a big entrance.
Basically, I heard Emma confessed to Principal Lee that SHE was responsible for everything. (We obviously know this isn’t true.)
That’s right, she took the fall so that we could all move on with our lives. Which is pretty insane if ya think about it.
We essentially did this to her, we ruined her image, her feeling of self-worth, yet she took the fall for us.
I’m not saying I’d want to be friends with her now, but I am saying I totally 100% respect what Emma did. She saved our reputations and our college careers. Pretty legit. From what I hear, Emma’s good deed rubbed the rest of the school the right way, too…
I can’t believe I’m actually saying this, but, looks like for the first time in a long time, Warren Academy Drama is O-V-E-R.

A lot can happen in a year. It’s crazy to think that it was just last Homecoming that I posted the pages of Emma’s diary I found for the world to see.
At school today, Emma sent out a message letting everyone know she’d be at Homecoming. Emma Wilson in the flesh? That’s something we’re all not used to.
Honestly, I’m pretty bummed I won’t be able to be there, but you better believe I’ll be posting afterward with the deets some of my sly little correspondents will be sending me.

With the way this week has been going, I should have known this was coming, but yet I’m still completely shook.
Emma came for ME. Although I wasn’t exactly hiding this info, she revealed to the whole school that I am, in fact, gay.
Basically, she sent around a bunch of the catfish messages I had with her and Alex. Pretty low, even for Emma. It sucked.
I mean, I didn’t expect anyone to come to my aid or like help me out in any way after the incident, but I also didn’t expect for people *cough* Preston, Tatiana & Charlie *cough* to rush over to me and then BLAME me for stealing Emma’s diary.
I didn’t steal Emma’s diary, but I did post them all over homecoming. Emma hurt me, and hurt me badly.
These pages were in a public place when I found them, a place where Preston, Tatiana, Jake, Alex and sometimes Charlie hang out. Obviously one of them stole the diary.
I’m so over today, so over Emma, so over people judging me.

And so the drama continues! Today we got to see who really has beef with who.
Idk if you’ve seen Alex’s school mural he’s been working on (it’s right on the left when you come out of the cafeteria doors), BUT today it was vandalized. Here’s a peek:
Rumor has it that Tatiana is the one who did it. Why? Preston did, in fact, cheat on Tati. Apparently Alex knew this information and didn’t tell her. Yikes, that’s a big friendship no-no.
On top of all this dama, Emma dropped in with another little secret of hers and this time it was aimed at her ex bff Charlie.
At school, Emma somehow hacked the loudspeaker and played her song that she performed at the talent show last year. After the song played (pretty catchy, btw), we heard a convo she had with someone slyly announcing that Charlie was originally supposed to sing that song with her in the talent show, butttt, get this, she kicked her out. Tragic.
Anyyyyway, this whole thing could be coming to an end like really really soon though because Principal Lee has supposedly threatened to suspend all the students involved unless one of them fesses up to stealing Emma’s diary.
Ugh it’s exhausting trying to keep up with everything going on, but I gotta admit, I LOVE it.

So Tatiana just had her big birthday bash, and yours truly sadly didn’t attend. Normally I would not care like AT ALL, but turns out I missed quite the drama-filled celebration.
Soooo, I guess after a somewhat thoughtful toast from T’s boyfriend Preston, a cake was delivered for her. She was so super excited, but then she opened up the box and discovered this (ps thanks Britt for snapping a pic and sending it to me, love ya):
Tatiana proceeded to throw the cake on the ground (ruining J.R.’s shoes...tragic) and then ran to her room to cry her eyes out. I guess then she found out Preston cheated on her with her former BEST FRIEND, Emma! WHAT. And Alex knew about it this WHOLE time. Wildly dramatic.

Well, well. It’s day two of secrets being spilled, and I’m not gonna lie, I’m pretty torn up over this one.
You all know I was catfished last year, but it wasn’t until today, when this picture got sent around school, that I found out who REALLY was behind this shady/mean business.
How could you Alex? You’re a total fake. And you let Emma take the fall. Savage.

I don’t normally blog more than once a day, but I’m just still so worked up over this whole Alex catfishing me deal.
It just really gets me thinking. I totally thought Alex, out of everyone in that group at least, was a semi-decent human. But if he’s capable of doing this to me, he’s totally capable of stealing Emma’s diary.
After hearing literally everyoneee in the halls talk theories today, I was inspired to present you a few of my own. **scroll to the bottom to see how you can send me some of yours, too!**
Here are 3 shady people I think could have potentially stolen the diary:
1.) Mrs. Smith who taught Emma’s second period English class last year - I know this is going to sound super bizarre, but I always kind of had this feeling that Mrs. Smith had it out for Emma. She would always talk about how she wanted to be a musician growing up and never had any real success. I had Mrs. Smith 3rd period last year, and she’d always go off on how lucky Emma was to have made some great music at such a young age...it was kinda weird and she sounded super jealous, almost angry that Emma has been so successful. Not like exactly sure how she would have gotten Emma’s diary, but, you know, anything is possible.
2.) Alex - I’m not just saying this because of the fact that Alex catfished me, but there’s something off about him. He’s so nice, almost too nice, which is why no one would ever assume he’d hurt a fly. It’s usually the people that are the least sus that end up committing the crime, though. Plus, Alex and Emma were super close, so it would have been so easy for him to snatch the diary when they were hanging out at her house.
3.) James Hammerson - Little known fact, this band nerd has been in love with Emma since the third grade. She denied him when he asked her to the 7th grade dance, and I like really don’t think he ever got over it. I’ve heard his mom and Emma’s mom used to be super close, so maybe that’s how he got into her house and grabbed the diary?

Turns out Emma wasn’t kidding when she said she’d be revealing everyone’s secrets. First victim? Her ex-boyfriend, Jake. Who called this?!
How’d she do it? Basically, she put the following image up in Mr. Adam’s Art History class for everyone to see. I was lucky enough to have a source snap and scan a pic for me.
