“biological sex is a social construct” doesn’t mean “chromosomes, anatomy, hormones, and genitalia don’t exist”. it means “these exist, but assigning roles, labels, and expectations to certain combinations of these characteristics is a social construct, and an unnecessary and pointless (actually harmful) one at that”.

as well as the fact that humans have assigned so many traits as secondary sex characteristics that human sexual dimorphism is a fair amount more fast and loose than many other mammal species, and feeling the intense need to fit every body into Male and Female when so many don’t fit either rigid category is a) a scientifically inaccurate social desire and b) the root of both social stigmas and dangerous unnecessary surgeries on intersex children
