You hypnosis this guy into believing he's genuinely gonna be a dad and he's carrying. So he doesn't think much when his nipples get puffy and fat and he eventually grows a hefty pair of F cup guy tits. His bellys already flying though his pant sizes. The hypnosis makes it feel like the babies moving almost constantly so he doesn't think much when his belly gets as big as a basketball. Then his tits leak and he's spraying milk almost all the time.

Then it's nine months but no labor? You just tell him (hypnotize him) that he's overdue! So he doesn't question it when his belly keeps growing and his tits get fatter and milkier too to match his obsurdly pregnant gut. You just keep telling him he's actually pregnant with twins- then triplets- quadruplets! (Hypnotizing him further) So his oversized belly getting so big makes sense! He's carrying a litter here!
