My first instinct is to advise you to try narrowing down your search a bit—if there are particular aspects of pregnancy or birth that you enjoy, try looking for those. Do you like mpreg? Fpreg? Nb preg? Gender ambiguous preg? Queer preg? Reader insert? Stories with smut? Fluff? Monsters? Horror? Bite-sized stories or 100k+ behemoths? The wider you cast your net, the harder it'll be to hit something that scratches your itch.

I am the absolute worst person to ask about recommendations, because my brain is a sieve. Seriously. I am GOING to miss somebody I love reading. But I'll try. Here are a few of those who write longer-form content and have a decent focus on pregnancy and birth, in no particular order:

When it comes to finding preg kink fics on AO3, I find you almost always need to include either "pregnancy kink" or "pregnant sex" in the tag search. "Pregnant sex" is where I start, usually, because a lot of people don't know the difference between preg kink and breeding kink. Filtering out fics rated T and G is also important (you'd be surprised). Limiting to one-shots is more likely to pull up kink-focused fics, but if you like porn with plot, you may prefer not to do this. Beyond that, filtering is more a preference thing—get rid of tags you don't like, add tags you do. It takes some experimentation.

But honestly, when it comes to preg kink fics, the fandom is pretty important. Some fandoms have a lot of preg kink content, some have very little. Of course, if you're not in any fandoms that have a decent amount of preg kink, the original fic tag does have plenty.
