Y'all think if I hanged myself the unbearable pressure in my neck would finally release?

I took a muscle relaxant and my neck still hurts. This is the 2nd time in a row it didn't work

Gonna try sleeping in a neck brace for the first time. See if that helps with the pain. Hopefully I can sleep

The grief is so much more visceral now that I have her ashes. I can't trick my brain into thinking Dixie is just in bed sleeping with mom anymore or laying on her chair waiting for me to wake up. I want to play with her again. I want to take her to the beach and go swimming and go play at the playground. She loved sitting on my lap while I went on the swings. Do I really have to live the rest of my life without her? I'm not even 30 yet. If I'm going by the average life span that's 54 years without her. It just sounds so boring and empty. Why do all my smart and empathetic pets die young?
