Are the rumours about Mattel literally just ignoring your emails about ever after high until you stopped sending any true?
So, I've not been on tumblr for a while, and have no idea when this was sent since there's no timestamps anymore, but! No, this is not true. I personally never had a lot of direct contact with the Mattel side of production aside from meeting them when they came to Toronto to visit the Guru crew (and that one time I ran into them briefly at SDCC in 2013?) Keeping in contact with the client would be a Producer, Supervising Producer, Director of Production or like VP of Production's job. All of them to varying degrees depending on the stage of production the show is in. The artists don't generally tend to talk money or schedules with the client.
