Summer so far: comps reading, ballet, and long hours in local coffee shops. As much work as it is, I am greatly appreciating the flexibility and individual pace of exam prep. Especially when the view beyond the window is bursting with lush, vibrant summer leaves.

got a weekly planner and grid notebook for my lil journal

cafe study date with my girlfriend!! my presentation is tomorrow and all i have to do is to memorize the text. so i’ll spend the rest of my day catching up on my notes for this class so that i can put all of the notes into quizlet and make a quizz to do when im on the way and such!! i find that that’s an easy way to study when im traveling :3

diversifying my knowledge portfolio

"Writing digital notes is faster and makes you more productive", sure whatever, but can you make medievalesque marginalia to point at important stuff?

color-coordinating my genbank file converter with my mango matcha latte... leaving my favorite café after graduation makes me almost as sad as saying goodbye to my friends and professors.
