You're invited to a new Teatimelapse! This one is about drawing my hourlies for Hourly Comic Day 2026 and it has a voiceover AND it has a reading of the finished comic at the end!

First off is the "trade offer" meme, but with new, smug NPC Ginseng. I actually asked the community how they wanted me to draw him and multiple people suggested him getting trounced, but I went with this meme JCoopz suggested because I figured I would already spend longer drawing even something this simple than I really should.

And secondly I wanted to draw the community written character, Pocket, for the "it's always morally correct" meme. But thing is, we've never seen Pocket. We know he's one of the creatures of the world instead of a human, and we know he's raccoon-like, but that's it. So to do this otherwise quick meme re-draw, I had to design Pocket first.

I didn't have any clever ideas in mind, so I kept him pretty simple. Before we knew Pocket's name, we just knew him as "The Sneaky Shoplifting Spirit" as that's the pseudonym he went by when he'd write letters to Tyjiro gloating about the snacks he'd stolen from the subway station kiosk. But we know he has a soft side, because he also staged and toy heist so that he could gift them to children at the hospital for Kantan (Basa City's winter holiday).

One of the things Tyjiro has teased for after the hiatus is the Fangqi Corporation's spread through the city, driving the mom and pop shops out of business and buying up the local chain that owns the subway kiosk. So I thought the "it's always morally correct" meme would be very fitting.
