i'm rewatching back in action with the kate and bugs at the restaurant scene and i really love how bugs in his own way, does really love and care for daffy. bugs goes on record to defend daffy, even correcting this lady when she says daffy's name wrong, and literal just calls himself daffy's love interest. also love how she's like "daffy's gone." and his ass goes NUH UH
ik bugs is like a emotionally constipated old fart but he does love and care for daffy and he will defend him. he does not care who you are. daffy is him but his daffy is his man
