I just like the concept of a Pokemon being introduce to a region where they don't belong and how it would affect them in the long run; really happy how these came out! (Thou the Raichu could had used more work ah).

Type: Ghost/Electric

"Due to the increasing popularity of Pikachu in other regions, a region wanted to introduce them into their home. But, given the habitat the Pikachu where in- And the people of the region not knowing how to properly take care of one; they developed the Ghost typing after just a couple of years of living in the region.

This line came to despite humans and live in secluded dying forests and/or abandoned buildings where they live in colonies up to 50 members;

Pichu are very rare to find in the wild since they are more timid and frailer than their Kantonian counterparts, and usually stay in the colony being raised and protected by it's parents.

Pikachu are much more violent and are the ones who search for food for the colony and protect it from intruders; these Pikachu despises humans the most, it wont hesitate in electrocuting one to dead the moment it sees one. No beginner trainers in the region are recommend catching pikachu unless it's a Kantonian one or they are absolutely qualified to train one.
