I'm sorry if you've been subjected to ads because Google abandoned its founding principle of "Don't Be Evil". It's a principle I still cling to.

My first two plays of Bärenpark, three player game, last weekend. Not too bad! And the game flow is unbelievably smooth and quick. This was a friend's copy, but we've got our own copy now! We do love a good polyomino tile-laying game! Welcome to the Bear Park!🐻🐻‍❄

Last weekend I got, and was able to build, three big cards in Moon Colony Bloodbath! I took a pic at that point in the game so I'd have a record of it. The game ended with a win (2 player game), and another record high score, which will probably go unbroken for a while, maybe forever. Because: those cards! My final population total? 42😮🎉

Got Agricola: All Creatures Big and Small Big Box back to the table after many years. (Lowlands put us in the mood for farming games!) We basically had to relearn it and make beginner mistakes all over again🤣 (We played with the basic starting tiles.) The game was better and more enjoyable than I'd remembered. We need to get this to the table more often and dump out that big baggy of more advanced building tiles! I don't even recall what they are!🤦‍♀️🙄

Got in a couple more games of Café over last weekend. It's a thinky little puzzle! My tableau continues to improve, though I tend to struggle in early rounds, especially in trying to increase my number of actions!☕️

Carcassonne can always sprawl, but with one full expansion (Inns and Cathedrals) and two mini-expansions (River II, and 4 Seasons Summer), it took off down the table like it had a life of its own🤣

I've once again hit a new high score for Moon Colony Bloodbath. 35 population! That's 5 more than our starting pop! This was in a 2-player game (as most of our games are).

Lately base game Dominion has been hitting the table more. The greater familiarity with the cards (compared to expansions and promos) means it plays pretty quickly, and of course setup is a snap!

Recently picked up a copy of Lowlands, used. It's a farming game in the style of Uwe Rosenberg. You're sheep farmers, raising sheep, building accommodations for them, buying and selling them, breeding them, and...trying to keep them safe from the rising waters by collectively building a dike (a semi-co-op aspect to an otherwise competitive worker placement game). We liked this a lot!

And just too document it; lookeee...I finished a Cathedral!🎉😆

Finally won a game of Deadly Dowagers a couple of weeks ago!

We introduced the family to Chicken! last month. It was a big hit! Fun dice game that plays up to 8 players. Very snappy turns!

Century Eastern Wonders has been seeing a lot of table time since our first play of it at a convention. After playing it a bit more, we're definite that we like it more than Century Spice Road! We haven't tried "Sand and Sea", the combination of the two games yet. Playing Eastern Wonders as an expansion to Spice Road is something for the future!

First and second games of Cafe. I did a bit better in the second game (second pic, above). Still room for improvement, though! Nifty, and thinky, little small box game! This edition comes with the Expresso mini-expansion and some promo cards!
