Catch me, i'm swooning

So about a week ago, I took a pear from the dining commons at my school and brought it to my room to keep as a snack. A few days after that I realized that I had no idea where the pear was, I had lost it somewhere in my room. I recruited two friends to help me find the mysterious and missing pear, but it was gone. It had seemingly vanished. Then a few days later, I received these texts from my two friends.
