so, this is Ferrari's Macarena wing 2.0 that's going to be used in the 2026 Hungarian GP.
here's a clearer picture:
because the wing is mounted on the sides of the actuator, there is no central system aka the cover that traditionally sits in the center of the rear wing. this means the hanger flaps can run even in Straight Line Mode, but more crucially, it means that other teams can't copy this specific design, without having to drastically change their wing.
the upgrade is said to provide more downforce, worth 30kph (will update this with a source once I find it!)

(side note: McLaren are also introducing their version of the rotating rear wing, to test in FP1 in Hungary, but the final model will likely be introduced in Monza.)
