this picture of finneyās bedroom from the first movie is making my chest hurt right now
now iāve gotta point out details that i like
first off we have glue and paint and other craft supplies scattered around his shelves (which makes sense given that some of his rockets seem like model kits), heās creative!! and you obviously see that when heās in the basement but i like the fact that itās represented in his room, also note the encyclopedias and a book of word puzzles for the same reason
thereās a strange (to me) but intriguing little assortment of items here, no idea who finney would have been playing backgammon with or where heād be playing bingo
he likes star trekā¦ā¦ā¦ cute cute cute cute
thereās a lot of clutter on top of his bedside table but iām actually most focused on the brush here, probably a hairbrush, either belonging to gwen or maybe he just actually takes care of his hair?? itās very cute either way
haphazard rocket situation, very precarious
and finally thereās the most absolutely adorable solar system hanging above his bed, which is very likely homemade because it appears to be suspended from a coat hanger, which in turn adds another point to the āfinney blake arts and craftsā category of room details
