i will never shut up about young royals being the most genuine, real show ive ever watched. acne is not covered up. the actors look like theyre the right age. mental illness and addiction is portrayed flawlessly. the characters are awkward and act like teenagers because they are. the first kiss scene is so REAL and the domestic little moments between simon and wille are so achingly REAL and how it is. they act like silly teenagers falling in love. they really feel like theyre together and in love and not like theyre just acting. the mistakes they make are totally teenager mistakes. the sweet romantic moments are beautiful but realistic and they feel like theyre happening between teenagers because they are its all just so god damn real its unbelievable
