a term for individuals who struggle to claim their dissociative identity or experiences due to self-doubt, denial, and not taking one's own mental health seriously. This may be bolstered by external forces like fake-claiming but is necessarily rooted in personal feelings and anxiety.

a term/flag for those who have regularly had their paranoid beliefs proven correct, resulting in an increase of paranoia, mistrust, hypervigilance, and the belief that the user already knows what is going to happen.

Locked and Loaded / LaL System - A term for systems that lack the "cluelessness" when it comes to new headmates.

This means when new headmates are split and/or formed (or other terms) they're already aware of the situation and able to inherently adapt without assistance - whether it be external or internal help - of any sort.

New headmates may actually benefit more from the lack of help, as it helps them build individuality without the possibility of blending, bleedover and/or passive influence warping perspective and allows the solid identification of self-identity.

I think there's such a weird expectation of systems that you should be distressed when you're someone new to a system, and we just, don't experience that distress. We might be a little confused, but we still understand, and know, and are able to get by without help (help in which we don't want).
