you can't say "stop making everything about men" about a group of marginalised people who have been historically erased and never centered in any conversations that affect them. that is erasure. you are perpetuating the system that leads to these people being trafficked, raped, and killed without ever being remembered as more than a "tragic woman"

i’ve invented this brand new concept called believing trans men/mascs. it’s like how everyone says “believe women” except it’s with trans men/mascs. and it’s so easy all you have to do is just just believe what they say by abandoning your stigmatic judgments about them !! yk because of how frequently they’re maligned as dramatic, liars, etc even when there’s unmistakable proof of what they’re saying?? the slogan is “believe trans men/mascs.” im obsessedddd it’s my new thing!!

and how on top of being seen as incompetent and stupid we also get painted as lying and untrustworthy, since every attempt at vocalizing our own oppression apparently has a hidden malicious intent of undermining transmisogyny.

just go find a drug dealer bro. just go take some unregulated street drugs. its just a felony no big deal why are you being such a pussy about it. it's not like testosterone has any medical effects on your body that might interact with other medical conditions or medications or anything that might need to be monitered. you're just making up problems at this point

Sometimes things are about transgender men. Sometimes we are in fact primary targets of bigotry. Sometimes transphobic policy is created with us in mind. Sometimes you need to center our voices. Sometimes you actually need to listen to us. Sometimes you need to have some basic decency and listen to us. Sometimes you have to consider we exist. Sometimes you need to have some basic decency and stop using us as punching bags. Sometimes you need to have some basic decency and uplift us. Sometimes you need to stop being a terrible person for a single minute. Sometimes you need to stop being transphobic. Sometimes you need to stop being transphobic. Sometimes you need to stop being transphobic. For just a moment. Please.

Also. When things are about trans men it is not about cis men or woman. Stop expecting us to suck it up and pretend to be cis men. Stop expecting us to constantly center cis women in our own issues. Sometimes things are about TRANS men.

And when things are about trans men you need to actually say it. We are transgender men. When a trans man does something you need to call him a trans man, not a trans person. When something targets us, you need to say its (primarily) targetting trans men, not trans people. When it's about us let it be about us. Stop contributing to the endless tradition of transmasc erasure. Do better.
